Layered Apple Pie
Recipe:
400-450 grams of apples
1 tablespoon butter
50 grams of palm sugar/sugar (-+ 4 tbsp)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1-2 tablespoons of water
first dough
300 grams all-purpose flour(30 tablespoons flat)
1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt
110 ml water
75 ml vegetable oil
Procedure
Put in a pan pieces of two apples .Cook until release water .now add 60 gm palm sugar and half tsp of salt.1/4 tsp of cinamon powder.1/2 tsp lemon juice.Cover and cook for 1 minute.Now take i tbs corn starch and make paste by adding 2 tbs water.Add this mixture in apples.Cook until it become thick.Place it aside...Now take 300 gms of all purose flour.Add i tbs of sugar and i tsp of salt 100 ml water and 75 ml cooking oil in it .make dough and place aside by wrapping in a plastic paper.
second dough
130 grams all-purpose flour (13 tablespoons flat)
80 grams of salted butter/margarine (6 and 1/2 tbsp)
Procedure:
Take 80 gm butter or margarine and mix in 130 gm of all purpose flour-,Mix well and make a dough.
Now divide each dugh into 10 balls.Balls of second dough must smaller then first one.Wrapp the second dough ball in to first one .Now Roll the dough lengh wise.roll while compacted.Repeat one more time.cut each into two.Now flatten th dough.Middle must be thick.Fill with apples and deap fry.Fry until golden brown.
