Dahi walay bangan recipe
Ingrediants
(1) bangan. 1/2 kilo
(2) lehsan paste. 1 teaspoon
(3) ginger paste. 1 teaspoon
(4) curd (dahi). 1 cup
(5). Huldi powder. 1/2 teaspoon
(6). red chilli powder. 1/2 teaspoon
(7). Salt. 1/2 teasppon (as you wish)
(8). Garam masala. 1/2 teaspoon
(9) zeera powder. 1/2 teaspoon
(10) coriandar powder. 1/2 teaspoon
(11). Oil.
Procedure
Take a pan .take oil and heat it up.put zeera and then garlic,ginger paste and all grediants.now cook it with three table spoon water for fibe minutes.
Take another pan and fry brinjal pieces in it.
Now take on tablespoon masala in a dish and place fried pieces of brinjal on it.again pour masala on pieces.and finally pour mashed curd on all pieces.again repeat this procedure and make layers of curd,masala and pieces of brinjal.
At last take some oil and fry two or three red chilli and pour on it.garnish with coriander.
