Dahi pakorain (mong ki dal ki)
Ingrediants
Dahi 1/2 kilo
Basin 250 gm. 1 cup
Mong ki dal 150 gm
Zeera. 1/2 teaspoon
Salt. I/2 teaspoon
Chat masala. 1/2 tea spoon
Mint. Some leaves
Coriandar. Some leaves
Green chilli. Two
Baki powder. 1/2 teaspoon
Re chilli. 1/4. Teaspoon
Coriander pwder. 1/2 teaspoon
Canolla oil. One cup
Procedure.
Mix dal mong and basin with half cup water ,red chilli,coriander powder,salt(one pinch) in a mixer.Now add baking soda.
Take oil in pan and deep fry pakorian.when pakoorian will cool then put it in water.for 20 minuts.after twenty minutes take some in hand and press with other hand and remove water.
Take curd and add some garm masala ,salt,and zeera in it.now pour curd on pakorian.
Crush podina and coriander leaves and sprinkle on curd.also sprinkle some garm masala and green chilli.thease are very soft and delicious.if you mix imli chutni and papri.then it will super delicious.
