Chicken karahi
Method

Take one cup curd(Dahi) .put one tea spoon red chilli powder,half tea spoon huldi powder,one tea spoon salt,half teaspoon zeera powder in curd(Dahi). Now mash one large onion and ten cloves of garlic.put it in curd .now marinate one kilo meat by it for half hours.
In a pan pour one cup ghee or oil and put in it four tomatoes and all marinated chicken.
After half an hour garnish with fresh coriander and green chilli
