Sichuan cuisine, Szechwan cuisine, or Szechuan cuisine is a style of Chinese cuisine originating from Sichuan Province. It has bold flavours,pleasent  pungency and spiciness resulting from the liberal use of garlic and chili peppers and the unique flavour of Sichuan pepper.

Ingrediants
1-Chicken breasts (finely cut)
2- Green Capsicum (finely cut)
3- Bamboo shoots (finely cut)
4- Pickled chillies
5-Black mushroom (finely cut)
6-Ginger/ garlic paste
7-Black pepper (crushed)
8- White pepper powder
9- bean sauce
10-Salt (as you wish)
11- White pepper powder    1 tsp
12-Sugar    2 tbsp
13-Black vinegar    2 tbsp
14-Soy sauce    1 tbsp
15-Dark soy sauce    1 tbsp
16-Chicken stock powder    1 tsp
17-Cornflour    2 tbsp
18-Sesame oil    1 tsp
procedure
•    Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

•    Marinate the chicken pieces with white pepper, cornflour, a little oil and salt for a while
•    Grease a wok and add chicken, mix quickly on low flame till chicken changes colour and remove.
•    Heat oil in the same wok, add and cook all the remaining ingredients for 1 minute. Add
     chicken pieces and sauce and fry stirring continuously with a spoon.
•    Transfer on a dish and serve.
