Channa Daal with Lauki

Ingredients:
Gram lentils (boiled) 2 cups
Bottlegourd (cut in small pieces) 2 cups
Onion (finely cut) 1
Tomatoes (chopped) 3
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Hot spices (whole) 1 tbsp
Mint leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
Green chilies (finely cut) 3
Salt to taste
Oil 3 cup
Method
Heat oil in a pot and fry onions till golden. Add hot spices, tomatoes, red chillies, turmeric and salt and fry. Add gram lentils and bottlegourd and leave on dum. Add mint leaves and green chillies in the pot after bottle gourd is tender.
Transfer on a serving dish and serve.
