Firecracker Chicken

Marinade Ingredients:
1-Chicken pieces (boneless)    1/2 kg
2-Black pepper powder            1/2 tsp
3-Egg                                        1
4-Cornflour                               4tbsp
5-Flour                                      4tbsp
6-Salt                                        1 tbsp
7-Oil                                         2tbsp + for frying
8-Rice (boiled)                         to serve
9-Spring onions (finely cut)     for garnishing
Sauce Ingrediants
1-salt                                       one pinch
2-Buffalo sauce                       1/2 cup
3-White vinegar    fbsp           1 tbsp

4-Brown sugar                         1/2 cup
5-Butter                                   1 tbsp
6-red chillies                           1 tsp


Method:
 Marinate the chicken pieces in the marinating ingredients and set aside for an hour.
 Heat oil in a wok and fry the chicken till golden.
Cook all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan till it thickens, add Spread rice on serving dish and place the chicken on top. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
