Beef nihari recipe in urdu and English 

Pour half cup oil in cooker and  add beef.In a pan add one tbsp ginger paste and two tbs garlic paste and fry.
After one minute add all spices as

Now  add some water and fry it properly
Mix these spices in a mixer and

Add these spices and fry .Now add all spices of pan into pressure cooker.Mix for five minute.Now add 8 cup water.Now cook for 15 minutes.Now withdraw some amount of oil from it.Now take 3/4 cup all purpose flour and add in one cup water.Mix it and add sliwly in the gravy.Now cook on low heat for 10 minutes.Now add remaining spices.
