Add these spices and fry .Now add all spices of pan into pressure cooker.Mix for five minute.Now add 8 cup water.Now cook for 15 minutes.Now withdraw some amount of oil from it.Now take 3/4 cup all purpose flour and add in one cup water.Mix it and add sliwly in the gravy.Now cook on low heat for 10 minutes.Now add remaining spices.<br />

 Method<br />
Take oil in  a kettle , add 4-5 pieces of garlic and 1 onion and fry it.Add half beef mince  .Now add all spices.Cook it for 1/2 hour.Now add other mince of beef  ,garlic and 2 eggs,bread crims,salt,2 teaspoon oil .Mix it and make balls.Now fry in oil.<br />

Black pepper (crushed)                                         1 tsp <br />
Sugar                                                                                             1 tsp <br />
Tomato ketchup                                                                   3 tbsp<br />
LP sauce                                          1 tsp <br />
Bay leaves                                             3 <br />
Garlic (chopped)                                                                  I tsp <br />
Chicken stock powder                                                 1 tsp <br />
Butter                                                                                                      2 tbsp <br />
<span style="color: red;"><b><span style="font-size: large;">Method: </span></b></span><br />
Mix all the sauce ingredients except butter in a bowl. Melt butter in a pan and cook the sauce for 1 minute, infuse charcoal smoke and set aside. <br />
Marinate the undercut with black pepper, soya sauce, cornflour and salt and set aside for a little while. <br />
Heat oil in a wok and cook undercut for five minutes stirring continuously, remove from flame. <br />
