Ingredients
Chicken                       1 kg
Tomato.                       4
Ginger .garlic paste.    1 table spoon
Black pepper.               1/2 tablespoon
Red pepper (crushed).  1/2 table spoon
Salt.                               As you wish
Garam masala.              1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice.                 1 table spoon
Ginger crushed               2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves.           2 tablespoon
Green chilli ( crushed).  2
Onion fried.                    One small
Oil.                                  1/4 cup
Method
Put chicken in a bowl. Now add ginger,garlic paste,lemon juice,curd,black pepper powder,salt.mix it well.
Take a karahi and pour oil in it.put tomatoes and fry.Cover  for five minutes.Put  red crushed chill and chicken.cover for ten minutes.Add  green chill ,ginger,fried onion,garam masala,green coriander.roast for two minutes.Chicken  karahi is ready.Garnish it with ginger and green coriander.
