Spaghetti with aubergine
Ingredients:1-Aubergine (thickly cut)
2-Spaghetti (boiled)
3-Tomatoes
4-Cheese (grated)
5-Chicken cube
6-Garlic (chopped)
7-Rosemary
8-Water
9-Salt
10-Oil
Method:
Heat Va cup of oil in wok and fry garlic till golden. Fry aubergines lightly, add water, cover with lid and cook, Blend tomatoes in a blender. Heat remaining oil in a separate wok, add tomatoes and cook, add rosemary, chicken cube, a little water, cheese and salt. Cook while continuously stirring. Mix aubergines and spaghetti in the tomato sauce, transfer on serving dish and serve.
