Aloo Achari Parathay
Potatoes (boiled and mashed) 5
Coriander (crushed) 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
Fennel seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
Onion seeds 1 tsp
Mango pickle (make paste) 1 tbsp
Red chilies (crushed) 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander (chopped) 3 tbsp
Green chillies (chopped) 2
Salt To taste
Oil For frying As you wish
Dough Ingredients:
Flour (sieved)
Whole wheat flour (sieved)
Carom seeds Salt Oil
Method:
Mix dough ingredients and knead with lukewarm water.
Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Make small balls from the dough and roll into discs. Spread the potato filling on half of the discs and cover it with the remaining discs, press the edges.
Fry discs from both sides on an iron griddle while applying oil and serve.
