 Put 12 table spoon in a pot and add onion ,green coriander and green chillis .Now add these spices<br />
<i><b>Ingredients</b></i><br />
Oil.                                       1/2 cup<br />
Garlic ginger paste.              1 tablespoon<br />
Red chilli powder.                 1/2 teaspoon<br />
Turmeric powder.                  1/2 teaspoon<br />
Salt.                                      1/2 teaspoon<br />
Garam(mix spices)               1/2 teaspoon<br />
Tomato paste.                         Half cup<br />
Now add water and make a dilute paste .Now roast it in a non sticking kettel.Now give a shape to it and place in refrigerator.Make pieces of it. Deepfry  these pieces.Take another kettle and put cumin seeds in oil.Add all spices and paste of garlic and ginger.Also add tomato paste.fry it add 4 glass  water and after it .After boiling add pieces of basin.Cook it for 10 minutes.Add green chilli and green coriander for garnish.<br />

Cloves.                                5<br />
Larger Cinamon.                 2<br />
Black  Pepper.                     5 or 6<br />
Chicken.                              1 kilo<br />
Potato.                                  2or 3<br />
Onion paste.                         1/2 cup<br />
Garlic ginger paste.              1 tablespoon<br />
Fenugreek.                            3 tablespoon<br />
Green chilli.                          2 in number<br />
Red chilli powder.                 1 teaspoon<br />
Turmeric powder.                  1/2 teaspoon<br />
Salt.                                       1 teaspoon<br />
Cumin seeds.                         1 table spoon<br />
Garam masala.                       1/2 teaspoon<br />
Tomato paste.                         Half cup<br />

<b>Method</b><br />
Take oil in a pan.Add in it paste of onion.Fry for one minute and add garlic,ginger paste.Add black pepper,cloves,large cinnamon,cumin seeds.in it.Now add chicken and fry for two minutes.Now add all spices and fry and add tomato paste.Cook for five minutes and add one cup water.After ten minutes add potatoes and add 4 cup water.<br />
Now cook for fifteen minutes.After fifteen minutes add fenugreek leaves ,garam masala and green chillies.<br />
Now again cook for two minutes.<br />
