Sindhi kari
Recipie of Sindhi curryIngredients
Tomato =8
Basin =350 gm
Green chilli = 5
kari patta = 5
Heeng = 1 teaspoon
zeera(cumin) = 2 teaspoon
Maithi(fenugreek) = 1 tablespoon
Bhindi(Okra) =200gm
Drumsticks(Moringa olefera = 2 to 3 leaves
Gavar(cluster beans)=150 gm
Potatoe = 4 to 5
Procedure:
First heat the oil and put in it zeera(cumin) and then meethi(fenugreek).Now put heeng and then small amount of basin .Now mix it until the mixture become brown .sindhi curry |
Make puri of tomato.For making puri grind all tomatos with a full cup of water.Now pour all puri of tomato.
Mix it and then put kari patta 5 to six leaves.

After 5 minutes mixing add red peppr,Haldi(tumeric) and salt.After ten minutes add potatoes , bhindi and then drum sicks. Now put imli paste
Now take a separate pan. Now put red chilli and kari patta in hot oil and spray on the curry.
