Ingrediants  of Lahori beef Shami kabab

Beef = 1/2 kilo
dal channa = 1/2 kilo
garam masala = 1 table spoon
red chilli powder = 1 tea spoon
salt = 1/2 teaspoon
paste of ginger= 1 teaspoon
onion = 2 medium sizea
green chilli =4 medium sized without seeds
tomato  =3 wash with water and remove its seeds
oil =1 cup

Procedure of Lahori beef Shami kabab

Take beef,salt,red chilli powder ,salt and garam masala in pressure cooker.pour 4 glass water .Now cook it for 45 minutes.After it add onion ,tomatoes and green chilli and cook for 10 minutes.Dry it's water and place in separate dish.Now soak dal channa in water for 4 hours befoe cooking or boil it in pressure cooker for half an hour with a quarter teaspoon salt and garam masala.Again dry its water and now mix all .mixx it in grinder or in hawan dasta. Hawan dasta is best.now mix all eggs in this mixture .Make small kababs of circle shape.Heat the oil in frying pan and fried the kababs.
These are very delicious with tomato sauce at tea time.
