Chicken Biryani-key-chun

Ingrediants of Chicken Biryani

Chicken= 1/2 kilogram
Rice = 1 kilo gram
Chopped onions = 2 in medium size
Garam masala = 1 tablespoon
Salt = 1/2 teaspoon or as you wish
Red chilli = 1 tablespoon
Garlic =1 teaspoon (chopped)
Ginger = 1 teaspoon (chopped)
Tomato = three (chopped)
Dry Alo bukhara (plum)= 5
coriander powder(huldi)=half teaspoon
Green chilli = 5 without seeds

Procedure of Chicken Biryani

Sow rice in water for 1 hour..Now take a kettle of wide opening.take ghee or oil of about half cup and put chopped onions in it.When onion becomes brown sprinkle some water on it now put meat,dry alo bukhara,garlic ginger,salt,red chillies,green chillies,garam masala,huldi and mix it .
Now add five glass water and cooked it for 40 minutes on low flame.after it put rices in it and mix. Do not covr the pan. Now stirr it one or two time until water will dry. Now cover pan and put it on the tawa or oven on very slow heat for fifteen minutes. very delicious buryani is ready .you can eat it with raita of curd and simple curd

Raita of curd

Take some leaves of podina and salt .Grind it with some water.Now take some curd and mix it in the curd
