Bangun(eggplant ) kay pakoray

Bangun (eggplant) is a very useful vegetable .It is very use ful for diabetic persons.Eggplant is very high in it's water content so it's use is helpful for the skin.Its use on daily basis makes you always young and smart

Ingredients

Eggplant = 1 medium size
Salt = 1 teaspoon
Red chilli or black pepper =half teaspoon
Zeera=1/4 teaspoon
Coriandar powder(dhania) =1/4 teaspoon
basin = 3 tablespoons
meetha soda (baking soda)=1/8 teaspoon

Recipe of bangun(eggplant) kay pakooray 

 Take three teaspoon basin and mix all ingrediants in it.Make paste of all mixture with the help of spoon and mixing water.Then cut abot six pieces of one eggplant.Pour three table spoon canola or olive oil in frying pan .Apply paste on both side of eggplant and shallow fry it on low heat.It will take abot fifteen minutes.Do not use with sweet ketch up but with podina(mint) chutni.
