Singaporean Fried Noodles

Ingredients:

Chicken pieces (boneless, boiled)     1 cup
Prawns (cleaned)                               1 cup
Rice noodles (soaked)                        200      grams
Egg (beaten)                                       1
Carrots (finely cut)                             1
Onions (finely cut)                             1
Black mushrooms (finely cut)            4
Spring onion (finely cut)                    1 stick
Red Capsicum (finely cut)                  1
Garlic powder, Turmeric                    1 tsp

Sauce Ingredients:

1-Light soya sauce Curry powder Sugar
2-Chicken powder
3-White pepper (powdered)
4-Water
5-Salt
Method:
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat oil in a wok and add onions, mushroom, carrots, eggs and cook for 1 minute.
Add noodles, chicken pieces, prawns, sauce, garlic powder and turmeric.
Cook for a few minutes and transfer on a dish.
